tohamas was sitting next to me at victrola coffee on beacon ave. he’s from gary, indiana. he’s an illustrator and was working on a children’s greeting card and caricatures of some harlem globetrotters. coincidentally, we had both just had our haircut down the street from the cafe. i asked him what he was working on in his personal life. his answer: maturing.
